Members Parkway Extension

Members Parkway Extension

OLMSTEAD COUNTY, MINNESOTA

The Members Parkway extension included the design of a 350-foot two-lane urban roadway, four box culverts, extension of 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalks along Members Parkway, and reconstruction of the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 22/Retail Drive intersection.

The distance between traffic signals on West Circle Drive was extended by eliminating an existing signal. The sidewalk extension on Members Parkway provides expanded pedestrian access to nearby Lincolnshire Park. The new infrastructure helps reduce the risk of localized flooding in Northwest Plaza Shopping Center.

The project was designed to Minnesota Department of Transportation State Aid Standards.
