2019 Street Improvements
RICEVILLE, IOWA
WHKS assisted the City of Riceville with completing two projects that consisted of converting existing gravel streets to paved surfaces.
Liberty Ridge Improvements
This project included street improvements to areas of E. 3rd Street, Chestnut Street, Independence Avenue, and Freedom Court. The project was partially funded by special assessments and required the preparation of assessment schedules and plats for approximately 20 parcels.
Sherwood Drive Improvements
This project included street, water, and storm sewer utility improvements to Sherwood Drive, 5th, and 7th Streets. The project was partially funded by special assessments and required the preparation of assessment schedules and plats for approximately 23 parcels.
