Jaybee Drive Sewer and Water Extension
WINONA, MINNESOTA
WHKS provided survey and design services for extending sanitary sewer and water service to a residential area of Winona, Minnesota.
A new lift station and forcemain connects to the sanitary sewer located along Gilmore Valley Road. The project included street and utility design, traffic control and phasing plan to accommodate access during construction, permitting assistance, and public outreach.
