KRAFT Site Improvements
MASON CITY, IOWA
WHKS prepared the site design for a new addition to the existing KRAFT manufacturing facility. The project included a topographic survey and design of an access road, retaining wall system, loading docks, and expansion of the existing storm sewer system. WHKS also designed a new wastewater lift station to serve the facility.

During final design, it was determined that the retaining wall system could be eliminated by adjusting the overall grading plan and re-alignment of the access road, providing significant cost savings for the client.
