GIS Infrastructure Base Map Implementation

WHKS assisted the City of Kasson, Minnesota to implement a GIS base mapping system. The project converted existing mapping systems and field verified the infrastructure. WHKS updated the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, electric system and zoning base map information to include recently constructed facilities.

WHKS trained City staff on the use and management of the mapping system. The web-based system can be used on mobile devices to assist staff in the field.
