LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHKS provided on-site inspection services to observe the progress and quality of construction work on the US 30 Bypass for conformance with the plans and Iowa DOT specifications.
Recordkeeping included maintaining a record of construction activities, providing EEO site review, tracking materials and certifications, executing contract quantity agreements, and processing contract modifications. WHKS staff also performed material testing services.
WHKS participated in the audit process, close out tasks, and prepared electronic as-built plans.
