Public Works Office and Shop

WHKS provided site and structural design services for a new 73’x170’ premanufactured metal building and the remodeling of a connected office structure.

WHKS services included strengthening the existing office building’s roof structure to handle the increased snow drift loading and designing a slab and foundation system for the new shop that would not have detrimental impacts to the existing office buildings’ directly adjacent basement walls. WHKS also provided miscellaneous renovation details for the office building.
