Horseshoe Road Bridge Replacement
WINONA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
WHKS provided design services for a bridge replacement on Horseshoe Road over Rollingstone Creek. The improvements were designed and administered as a Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) State Aid project.
Design services included an alternative structure evaluation, hydraulic calculations, analysis and design of the replacement structure, roadway design, and submittal of MnDOT forms and checklists.

To accommodate surrounding residents and farmers, WHKS constructed a temporary bypass road to limit disruptions to the area.
